A man aged 25years old has finally given himself up to the police after a long chase. The man was accused of raping and strangling his 5 years old niece to death in Muranga county.
He committed this beastly crime after the mother left the baby under his care. The young man told the police that he lured his niece promising her to buy her Mandazi and raped the innocent and unsuspecting angel tearing her private organs apart. After realising what he had done he closed himself and the baby in a room and stuffed pieces of cloths to her mouth before strangling her to death.
The police officers were shocked by this confessions and locked him up in prison promising to conduct the investigations as the suspect is going mental examination to establish his state of mind before being brought to court to answer the charges.

Yesterday in a Nyahururu court a police officer appeared before the magistrate on allegations of defiling and impregnating a young girl whom was under his custody. Yeah, you got me right. The underage teen was on June 4 convicted of arson and remanded in the Nyahururu prisons where the police officer seized the opportunity and defiled the teen for three consecutive days, during that time he raped her the girl became pregnant. Later on she got transferred to Nakuru Probation Hostel.
While presiding on the matter Nyahururu Chief Magistrate, William Chepseba, ordered Nyandarua Police Boss, Benjamin Onsongo to verify the allegations and bring a final report to the court for a verdict to be made
Mean while the teen is being held in the Women's Remand Prison after she pleaded to the court not to be released because her life was in a great danger.The case will resume next week after a pregnancy test is done on the same.

CORD MP'S THREATENED TO BE SENT HOME BY JUBILEE CAMP.

Well, the Uhuru/Ruto led members of parliament have sworn to use their numbers wisely this time by sending CORD  counterparts home. The leader of the majority Aden Duale has vowed to table a motion in parliament to send the Mp's who staged a mass walk out during the passing of the motion of Kenya pulling herself out of ICC. Duale said that the CORD Mp's led by the Deputy minority and Gem lawmaker Jakoyo Midiwo failed terribly to represent their people and therefore should cease to be members of parliament.
The Coalition for Reforms and Democracy legislators walked out of the house during the passing of the motion on what they termed as they can never be part of writing a history that during their time they withdraw the nation from the international community body.

KENYAN ASSEMBLY PASSES ICC MOTION HERE ARE KENYAN'S REACTION ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

The National Assembly has passed a motion that seeks to withdraw Kenya from the International Criminal Court.
A bill to effect the withdrawal is expected to the tabled in the House within 30 days.
The MPs' move to approve the motion comes just days before the trial of Deputy President William Ruto and former radio presenter Joshua arap Sang for crimes against humanity opens at The Hague.
Majority Leader Aden Duale introduced the motion in Parliament.
On Tuesday, Deputy Speaker Joyce Laboso, through a gazette notice, recalled the House to discuss the motion.

    You MPs know and we Kenyans know that withdrawing from ICC is not the answer. And I dare say ICC is not the answer either. We Kenyans should purpose to do the right thing and the right thing is to respect human rights regardless of race, religion, tribe, sex or sexual orientation now and always. This is the answer.
    If we are not able to do this, or we are not ready then withdrawing will haunt us and we'll crawl back begging we be readmitted.

    I have no trust in the ICC and the Laws of the ICC do not apply fairly to everyone. To me it is a bullying tool designed to subjugate those who are supposedly can not govern themselves. I think Kenyans, from hereon, should reform and reinforce the laws that in place in their country and not expect the so called international bodies to be their justice system. Having said that, I don't think Mr. Kenyatta and Mr. Ruto should escape justice. They should have their day in court and should be presumed innocent until proven guilty.

    Kenya is on her way back to the dark ages. We will not only be reminded of the Kenyatta and Moi killings, but we will witness more killings and injustice across this country like never before. There can be no justice in Kenya so the brutal killers have shut the ICC door in exchange for more killings and impunity. What a shame!

    If we had ICC we would not have had the Gov.'s brutal force during the
    shifta war of 1967, we would not have had the Wagarra Massacre of 1984,
    our people would not have been killed in the tribal clashes of 1992 and
    1997 and there would not have been any PEV of 2007. It's ICC that gave
    us peace in 2013.I love ICC and Kenyans love ICC too.

    Let MPs have the courage of their convictions by introducing another bill to quit UN (and its affiliate organizations), World Bank, IMF, and quit begging money from those countries they accuse of being behind ICC. Yesterday, I heard Duale argue that we can quit ICC because US is not a member either. Fair enough even though it sounded like an immature reasoning. We will soon find out that US punches at a much heavier weight than we do. If my memory serves me right, there was a carrot and stick nudging before we agreed to join ICC. Expect those pressure points to re-emerge.

God, Please Take Away Caroline Mutoko — The Princess of Darkness and Vanity

 

The rightfully-resented Caroline Mutoko is equally talented and equally twisted.
When incendiary Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko asked Mutoko how many people (men and women)had fucked her, she feigned self-righteousness. The fact remains, Sonko asked a question on behalf of the Kenyan people. And they deserve an answer.
Alter all, she was not fucked to get a kid. She adopted a kid. Maybe she doesn’t have a pussy, maybe she an alien from another planet deployed to spy on planet earth.
For the record, I hate Caroline Mutoko — I resent her with sperm-spitting zeal, but I adore her humble sister Regina Mutoko. She once called my school KIMC, the bedrock of Kenyan journalism, a den of inequity. I am truly sorry that nobody has ever thought of spiking her drink. Long before she started puking every morning, contaminating our airwaves, I knew she was an asshole who would someday hideously hijacked morning radio, ruin my day and transform herself into a shameless prima donna.
I know Mutoko does not like me; neither do I like her, so its fair game. Mutoko is the kind of woman who can mess with the whole town and then dance on top of the graves of the many hapless souls she has trampled upon on her way to the top. She is to radio what Jezebel was to the Israelis.
She has my two books which she has never bothered to return; The Professor and the Madman the Marie Antoinette. I surely, truly and deeply do not need them; I think they are contaminated.
You know, I once liked her, admired her, prayed for her. I thought she could help re-write our history; save the girl child, restore my pride on humanity – at least my new friend has restored that – and after three decades in life, make me matter.  But I realised her code name: Traitor, the heartless, gutless, soulless woman who just hates people. The woman who wasted my time when I believed in her; a woman who is pure fraud.
I never wish people bad, but allow me to wish that she loses her voice; gets of radio for the rest of his life. When that day comes, I will buy a bottle of a single malt and carton of Red Bull and celebrate with my great friend, the Princess of Honesty. And maybe call Bernard Momanyi, Rob Jillo, Dennis Itumbi, Martin Gitau, Paul Baraza, Richard Bosire, Caren Kiki Kimkung, Mwaniki Munuhe, Milton Nyakundi, and the two certified losers CORD parrots, Maseme Machuka and Phil Etale.
Ask Clay Muganda, he tried to broker a truce between Mutoko and me. Thank God, he failed, because I cannot imagine being her friend. I’d rather die. Or drink myself to death.
As Muganda will tell you, or maybe not, I knew Mutoko the same time I knew Mwendwa Kiogora, who later on rejected my romantic overtures, leaving me a train wreck, sullen and alone, my hopelessness only matched my appetite for a Guinness and a coke.
This is not a story about me, but about Mutoko and Sonko, two tribespeople sparring on live radio, with one exposing the hypocrisies of the other, leaving me thoroughly entertained. Yes indeed, these two are equal opportunity offenders.
Sonko aka Gideon Mbuvi knows something about Mutoko:  He knows more than what I do.  Everybody knows Mutoko reportedly slept with her boss. Everybody knows she reportedly stole Linda Holt’s shades while at Capital FM. Everybody knows she was reportedly fired from Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA) for stealing a few thousands.
So on Thursday morning, Mutoko called up Sonko and asked him why he dishes handouts to hips impoverished constituents money instead of establishing a project that will be their for sometimes?
Worked up, Sonko descended into a pychodrama, freshly unearthing the continued disdain Kenyans have for the woman, who was reportedly accused shagging Mutula Kilonzo to death. He called Mutoko terrible things. He wishes misfortune upon her, then strips her naked.
“I think you are either under the influence of something or working for someone,You are manner-less you also smoke cigarettes all the time!” he thundered on air, a comment that left my pubic hair erect, my dick flaccid and my crotch on fire. Sonko made my morning for the first time in a decade.
“(Wewe ni malaya) You are a whore; you how many people (have) fucked you,” Sonko asked the middle-aged, self-loathing Mutoko, then sunk his fangs into her crotch.
I cranked up the radio volume.
“Go Wewe kwenda! Wewe mjinga kumbaff (Go away, you are a fool!) I am going to deal with you and Chipukizi …  I will deal with your personally!Wewe nyege zako na sigara zako peleka huko carnivore ! (Take your coital urges and cigarettes to Carvinore.)”
So the Jackal News called up Sonko, invited him for a glass of expensive Single Malt, in a bid to understand what the fuck is happening. Or not happening. And who the howling rage in a national radio?
“She smokes cigarettes and uses drugs in order not to get old. Why is she not married; let her get her own husband instead of poaching other people’s men …. That woman is a bitch, she is easy-going and loves young boys,” he said, adding plaintively “She should go to court if she wants.”
“She was saying my work is just to dish out money to people. She abused Nairobi people saying they usually file outside my office begging for handouts. She was just discussing negative things about me;  how Chipukizi will impregnate my daughters. Last week, they discussed how Chipukizi will impregnate the daughter of the president.”
This time, Sonko added, they threw stones at a police station. Yes Sonko is that police station.
Again Sonko: “On twitter she posted that if it was not for the drugs I have been selling, I would have been a vendor at Gikomba market. My response is I am a fan of cases and I do not fear prison. Those people she claims are lining up in my offices are some of the same people who voted for me.
Sonko got agitated, his monologue soared because he is is unflinchingly honest, naked with emotions and embarrassments most of us keep penned inside. Indeed, Sonko dived into dark places, but the same time, payed tribute to the Nairobi voters who stood by him, trusted in him.
“I pledged that I am going to commit my salary to the people and there is no way people can come to my office all the way from Korogocho, Dandora and Dagoretti …  to bring there problems, including school fees, capital … and then I let them go back without bus fares or money for food.”
“Theres no way a woman can come to see me with a school fees problem then I give her a school fees cheque then fail to give her pocket money for her daughter.”
“Everywoman is not as rich as Caroline Mutoko. She earns salary of over Ksh 800,000 and spends it with her family. Unlike her, I can account for my salary because it goes to the people. I will continuing giving handouts for now until the government starts disbursing youth and women fund.
Then, in a sore note, he concluded: “The last time when women  were detained in Pumwani and Mama Lucy Kibaki hospital, I went there to pay their bills. Was that hand outs? When doctors went on strike I took old women to Nairobi Hospital; was that handouts.”
In my career, I have places and seen faces. I have argued with presidents, warlords, thieves, CEOs, prostitutes, pimps and street kids, but I have never met anybody I have come to resent like Caroline Mutoko. Jakoyo Midiwo comes close, but he never abused my school KIMC.
She has never apologised to my school, where Linus Kaikai, Dennis Itumbi, Rita Tinina, Rob Jillo, Robin Njogu, Sophie Ikenye, Alice Muthengi, Moses Rono sharpened their teeth. And perhaps genitals. Mind you, KIMC is not Daystar University, shitty underdog that has mass-processed homosexuals, dump bimbos, single mothers and sex addicts. That is why it keeps advertising itself like the devil seeking converts.
The KIMC alumnus deserves an apology, and until it comes, I will let Mutoko  — enjoy the dignity of being told the truth and, I wish, she spends eternity tonguing Satan’s flaming anus.

PASTOR BUSTED PANTS DOWN WITH A NEIGHBOR'S WIFE IN KAKAMEGA.

Residents in a remote village from Kakamega were last night treated to a free Naija cinema after a pastor was seriously given a life time beating after being caught red handed eating a forbidden fruit.
The young man of the cloth had early on the day attended a bible worship with the said wife. The husband of the wife works in a near by town which is about an hour away. So after the service the wife being a generous lady invited the youthful pastor for a cup of tea.
However,the cup of tea extendend into the middle of the night and being as sweet as it has been, the pastor drunk it into full incapacitation realizing the next morning he had slept in the other man's bed. All this time rumor had spread as fast as a wild fire of his presence in another man's house.
The man of the house had received the shocking news too, immediately he traveled back into his home. He arrived at around 11 p.m ready to dismantle the person licking his honey.Armed with a spare key he was in the house using the back door.
The now cornered pastor was trembling probably praying for God's special intervention so as miracles could happen. But, alas he was wrong not every day is a miracle day. The owner of the house told him to say his last words before he met his creator.With the help of his ever willing brothers he got hold of the pastor and instilled sense into his empty head.
Thanks, he was rescued from the claws of hell by fellow church members who had rushed in to see what was the alarm for, they took him to Mbale District Hospital where he was reffered to Kakamega Provincial General Hospital.
The church elders have convened a special meeting and will decide his fate after his recovery.
