RAPE CASES IN INDIA; BLAME THE MANNEQUINS.
Of recent past and world wide concern, India has been the topic of discussion in the on going and alarming cases of rape. the latest victim was a 30 year old American tourist woman, who was gang raped on tuesday in the northern indian town of Manali.
With reported sexual assault cases on a rise, its India"s system to blame on the kind of respect Indian women are accorded in its culture and law. However it has been reported that in the cosmopolitan city of Mumbai blame has been squarely put on the lifeless mannequins on display in fashion shops across the city. It is alleged that the mannequins displaying lingerie and other skimpy outfits may soon be banned from the city. Is Mumbai justified banning them would end the rampant rape cases in the country? well time will tell.
