FORMER MUNGIKI LEADER TELLS BENSOUDA " UHURUTO ARE INNOCENT AM NOT A WITNESS"
Ndura Waruinge a former Mungiki leader has told the International Criminal Court (ICC) Chief Prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda that President Uhuru Kenyatta is innocent of the allegations levelled against him and by no means he is affiliated to the dreaded sect-Mungiki.Waruinge ,a reformed Mungiki leader who is currently a pastor and a founder of the church Universal Salvation and Restoration Ministry ,was speaking to the media in Kibati in Muranga county. He said the alleged to be witnesses incriminating President Uhuru at the Hague based court are a mere " asylum seekers looking for greener pastures"
“If Bensouda wanted to know whether Uhuru Kenyatta had any tangible link with the Mungiki,she ought to have interviewed me as the founder and the leader of the prescribed religion" He said while denying rumors that he is among the ICC witnesses.
Waruinge, further added that the ICC agenda was pushed by the American government and her Western Allies following the recent happenings of Kenya having links with the Eastern bloc (Russia and China). He said ICC process denied Kenya as a country her judicial powers and instead let in foreigners who are after fulfilling their personal agendas with the cases.
